About Us

Holistic Viewpoint

"This world is indeed a living being endowed with a soul and intelligence... a single visible living entity containing all other living entities, which by their nature are all related." —Plato

Everything is inter-related, bound together in a web of oneness. So our actions can have effects, both good and bad, on the entirety of being. We believe in living holistically and with respect for all those who co-create life with us.

Our Bodies ARE Our Temples

image21

A central tenent of our beliefs is reverence for our body temples. Keep your body temple pure, healthy, and free from pollution. Treat the root cause of a dis-ease, not just the symptom. Remember that "microbes ARE us." Less than half our cells are human, the rest are microbial colonists-- both bacterial AND viral-- in what is usually a mutualistic relationship with us. Thus, targeting these organisms living within our body temples for "eradication" is not only misguided, but pathological and self-harming. Food is the medicine of the body temple, so eat whole, healthy foods uncontaminated by pesticides, genetically modified organisms, artificial ingredients, unnatural colorants, etc. Rich soil is your friend, not to be avoided; cultivate it! Do not pollute your body temple with the injection of foreign substances, most especially the fragments and pieces of other beings who have been exploited. This is an abomination, most destructive to self and others, immoral and unethical. Tantamount to cannabalism, this extreme abomination should be avoided at all costs. Acceptance of this type of pollution colludes with all that is so terribly wrong, exploitative, and abusive in the current systems.

We are One

We believe in the practice of radical compassion, and in the discipline of self-awareness and mindfulness. Love. Listen. Live. Give the priceless gift of your full attention to those with whom you interact in your journey. Practice peace, inwardly and outwardly. Make your every action, even the most humble of daily routines,  a ceremony, and remember that ceremony is attended by the All. Endeavor to do no harm, to self or others. Make recompense-- through words and actions-- if your choices have inadvertently caused pain or suffering to another OR TO YOUR SELF.  If you have struggled with this in the past, you're human! Each day, try to do a little better.
